We want you to love your candles! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help:
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Candles must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at artsandwaxco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your candle arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll replace or refund it right away.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized candles are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
